CANDIDATE TERMS & CONDITIONS


1) Registration fee NIL.
2) The resume of candidate will be visible to the employers registered in our website.
3) Shortlisting of the candidates will be solicited to the employers.
4) Mildjob offers neither guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the resume / insertion or information/data is fed by the user.
5) Mildjob neither guarantees nor offers any warranty about the credentials bonafides, status or otherwise of the prospective employer/organization which downloads the resume/ insertion or information/data and uses it to contact the user.
6) The user represents that he/she is not a minor and is not under any legal or other disability which limits his/her ability to comply with these Terms or to install and use the services subscribed and purchased with minimal risk of harm to you or others. You further represent that you are not purchasing the products/services for resale to others and will not do so without Mildjob Manpower Consultancy prior written consent.
7) You will not post or spread any substance that is offensive, sexually oriented or corrupt. Mildjob Manpower Consultancy reserves the right to suspend your profile if any invalid content is found and may further initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you.
8) This subscription is not transferable i.e. it is for the same person throughout the period of subscription.
9) All the interview call are conducted by the recruiter’s not from our end, due to this we are not assuring you to get call and job offer after registration. But we try to put your resume always in first preference to all recruiters. Job completely depends on the recruiter’s requirement and as per your qualification and experience.
10) SMS SERVICE:
On registration paid SMS service you agree to:
a) SMS service 100 SMS credit.
b) SMS service cost Rs. 135/- for 365 days.
11) SMS service will be activate once the amount is credited to the “MILDJOB MANPOWER CONSULTANCY” A/c in case of Online Payment.
12) SMS packs once bought will have minimum validity for a period of 12 months but cannot be refunded or exchanged for any other Mildjob.com products.
13) Mildjob Manpower Consultancy will not be responsible in any way for failure of any hardware/software technology of SMS applications at the Operators end and resultant inability of a user to receive SMS.
14) The payment for SMS service once subscribed by the subscriber is not refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated.
15) Mildjob Manpower Consultancy reserves the right to maintain number of sms sent out to a particular profile on a particular day.
16) Mildjob Manpower Consultancy will try it best to deliver all SMS i.e, sent out, it does not take any responsibility for sms not delivered (may be phones being out of order, network problems, etc.). It does take the responsibility of the sms leaving its merchant sms gateway.
17) Mildjob Manpower Consultancy reserves the right to adjust, withdraw, and discontinue the scope and scale of service at any point of time, without any reason.
18) It shall be the sole privilege and responsibility of the individual to check the genuineness of all or any response received pursuant to the connect message for going out of station or in station for any job / interview and Mildjob Manpower Consultancy assumes no responsibility in respect thereof.
19) The User of these services does not claim copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website.
20) Mildjob Manpower Consultancy reserves its right to change the look, feel, design, prominence, image, classification of the classified section of Mildjob.com at any time without assigning any reason and without giving any notice.

22) Job Mail:-
a) Mildjob Manpower Consultancy neither guarantees nor warranty about the credentials of the prospective organization whose details are sent in the job mail.
b) By choosing for this service you are promise to receive details of Jobs from Mildjob.com, in your mailbox, for the tenacy of the service.
c) Although all attempts will be made by Mildjob Manpower Consultancy to send all jobs on the specified days, however it does not take any responsibility for job mail not been sent.
d) Mildjob Manpower Consultancy will not be responsible in any way for failure of any backend technology of mail exchange server and resultant in capability of a user to receive job mail.
e) Mildjob Manpower Consultancy reserves the right to maintain the number of jobs sent out in the Job mail to a particular user in a single day.
23) Background Check:-
a) Original documents are not required for the process of verification; therefore users are advised to provide with copies of any documents that they wish to be verified at the Mildjob.com
b) Your verified information based on the inputs provided by you in the verification form is shown to recruiters; therefore it is advisable to keep the same information on your profile of Mildjob.com.
c) The user agree to display the minimum of those portions of his/her Profile which have been positively verified, otherwise searchable.
d) Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays shall not be counted as working days.
e) The Background Check service is not carried on behalf of employers, who may choose to examine further.
f) At all places within India service may not be available.
g) The User of these services does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website.
h) This subscription is neither re-saleable nor transferable by the subscriber to any other person, corporate body, enterprise or individual.
i) All disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and Mildjob Manpower Consultancy will find a solution in accordance with the laws of India as applicable.


EMPLOYER TERMS & CONDITIONS



1. We assure to provide you quality candidates from our available database.
2. We are not responsible for any mislead criminal or misconduct records or acts of the candidates selected / referred by us nor we are responsible for any legal dispute between the company and the candidate.
3. You don’t have to even waste your time and money by giving advertisement in the paper because once you settle a deal with us; you need not have to bother about your requirements as it shall be fulfilled by us time to time as per your assignment.
4. You will not post or spread any substance that is offensive, sexually oriented or corrupt. Mildjob Manpower Consultancy reserves the right to suspend your profile if any invalid content is found and may further initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you.

6. This subscription is not transferable i.e. it is the same person throughout the period of subscription.
7. If a candidate referred by us is not selected & later we find that he / she is working for the company/Organisation within 6 months from their first interview Conducted, then it will be considered as placement through Mildjob Manpower Consultancy and the company/Organisation will have to pay the requisite fee of Rs.500/-.
8. Mildjob Manpower Consultancy shall place the information relating to vacancies & other information on the website Mildjob.com.
9. The insertion so displayed in the Job post section of Mildjob.com shall be for a fixed period (90 days), which is subject to change without prior notice.
10. Mildjob Manpower Consultancy reserves its right to reject any insertion or information provided by the subscriber without assigning any reason either before uploading or after uploading the vacancy details.
11. Mildjob Manpower Consultancy has the right to make all such alteration and editing of the vacancy details in order to fit its database.
12. Mildjob Manpower Consultancy shall no way be liable for any information received by the subscriber and it shall be the sole responsibility of the subscriber to check, genuine and verify the information received at its own cost and expense.
13. Mildjob Manpower Consultancy reserves its right to change the look, feel, design, prominence, image, classification of the classified section of Mildjob.com at any time without assigning any reason and without giving any notice.
14. The Mildjob Recruiter profile may be updated or adjust by the user alone. The user shall not upload, post, spread, or announce, any material or data that is unlawful, because we have to aware of being harmful threat, offensive, torture, defamatory, vulgar or ethnically objectionable.
15. Uploading of multiple profiles by the same user using the same or different accounts shall entitle Mildjob Manpower Consultancy to remove the profiles without notice to the subscriber.
16. MILDJOB reserves its right to reject and delete any profile or information/data fed in by the user without assigning any reason.
17. The sole responsibility of the safe custody of the log in details shall be that of the user and mildjob.com shall not be responsible for data theft, corruption of data even being misuse of the password and leak of information is considerable by a third party. Mildjob.com take on all precautions at its end to make sure that there is no misuse of the password created by the user.
18. The user represents that he/she is not a minor and is not under any legal or other disability which limits his/her ability to comply with these Terms or to install and use the services subscribed and purchased with minimal risk of harm to you or others.
19. All modify/alteration/adjustment made by the user to the information shall be effected and will come into operation only after 24-48 hours of such alter being made.
20. On registration you agree:
a. to make your profile available for display in the public field.
b. that you have the necessary power to upload the job listings that are posted through the profile created by you in this section of Mildjob.com i.e. Mildjob Rrecruiter.
c. Understand that MILDJOB may place the information relating to vacancies posted by me through my Mildjob Recruiter account in any of classified sections on the website Mildjob.com.
21. Argument shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Silchar only.
22. The User of these services does not claim any Trademark over the data uploaded by him/her behalf on the website or supplied to mildjob.com.
